Mirrors Within is a digital graphic novel that explores my personal experience of body dysmorphia. Through visual storytelling, the work traces the internal struggle and gradual path toward healing as I confront my reflection in the mirror. The narrative reveals the tension between perception and reality, using the mirror as a recurring symbol of self-examination, fragmentation, and self-acceptance.
Echoes of Transformation follows a man as he navigates the everyday challenges of living with deafness. The narrative highlights the difficulties of performing basic daily tasks while confronting isolation and miscommunication. As the story unfolds, it shifts toward resilience and growth, depicting his decision to learn sign language as a means of empowerment. Through this journey, the work emphasises adaptation, self-acceptance, and the transformative power of alternative forms of communication.
